Disbursement Coordinator ( 11:30am - 8pm)

The Disbursement Coordinator has the daily responsibility for ensuring that all files have the appropriate client and funding approval and are then disbursed within the workday.  Individuals in this role review and determine whether Mortgage Connect is providing the most accurate information at the time of payment. Duties include printing checks, send outgoing wires, and sending out UPS packages.

• Review and Audit of Files
• Data Entry
• Discrepancy Investigation and Resolution
• Communication with All Teams to Resolve Delays/Issues
• Shipping of Payments and Wire Transfers to Appropriate Parties, while Meeting Deadlines
• Working Knowledge of State-Specific Requirements for Disbursements
• Report Generation and Presentation for Holds/Stale Checks
• Additional Duties, as assigned

• Associates Degree or Higher, focused in Accounting/Finance
• Work Experience with Departmental Systems and Software, Accounting and Banking
• Strong Customer Service Focus
• Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines
