Jr. Title Reader

Full-Time JR. Title Reader/Clearance Officer needed to join our growing team!

• Support our title officers with review of title ownership and title-related issues
• Review and coordinate recording documents prior to submission to state recorder’s office
• Assist in preparing reports and other title-related documents
• Interpret a chain of title and assist title officers with date-downs, judgment info, and document searches
• Perform quality control, checking vesting and legal on the mortgage to validate against the commitment
• Type and send out supplemental reports
• Give recording conformation to customers and invoice files
• Other task assigned 

• Industry experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work under pressure and tight meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills- verbal and written
• Comfortable with technology and learning new programs
• Ability to work with clients and obtain necessary documents
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain files
• Attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Provide great customer service
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
