The Title Examiner is responsible for the review of data and creation of the title commitment.  Individuals in this role are responsible for communicating with internal and external contacts to obtain any additional information that may be needed, as well as advising of any potential delays.


  • Analyze Title Search Results and Prepare Title Commitments
  • Perform Patriot, Pacer and Child Support Searches, as needed
  • Additional Duties, as assigned


  • High-School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2-Years Work Experience in Real Estate/Mortgage/Vendor Management
  • Working Knowledge of Real Estate Terminology
  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines
  • Capability to Work both Independently and as part of a Team
  • Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask
  • Familiarity with Computers, including Microsoft Office and Typing (45-60wpm required)
