Operations Manager of Data Analysis and Reporting Accounting

This position will be responsible for developing and leading a data analysis and reporting team to produce timely and accurate information to internal and external clients for use in making business decisions.


  • Develop volume, cost and revenue models
  • Review and distribute monthly financial and operational reports to management
  • Review and improve client required reports
  • Train staff in best practices for data analytics and report creation
  • Oversee the creation of ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Understand operational processes and business activity represented in analytics and reports
  • Ensure the accuracy of information produced by the team
  • Identify and explore trends within the reports produced
  • All other duties assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and maintaining financial models, budgets, reporting, consolidation and financial analysis
  • Experience in the Title and Mortgage industry a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office,
  • SQL Database and query composition a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
  • Ability to complete projects on time and accurately is critical
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
