Position Summary

Responsibilities for the Document Quality Assurance Analyst are, but are not limited to, helping Senior Management with their workloads heavy interaction with clients. Very good relationship management skills are needed as well as excellent Excel skills since you will be creating and generating reports in excel.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer service to internal and external clients
  • Respond effectively to customers (internal and external) and actively participate in discussions to help the department run more efficiently
  • Senior management support
  • Work with team members to identify potential suggested solution for applications and reporting issues
  • Create and generate Reports in Excel
  • Perform QA testing on document packages from the client
  • Perform QA testing on applications utilized by QA, Production an
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • Other duties as assigned




  • College Degree or equivalent job experience; Programming, real estate/mortgage banking courses helpful 
  • Minimum 1 years of quality assurance experience
  • Ability to design and create complex reports with little supervision 
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn to write complex VBA macros
  • Excellently Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with frequent changes
  • Crate and innovative problem solver
  • Excellent attention to detail
