Overview

DESCRIPTION

Mortgage Connect is looking for a sharp and enthusiastic Systems Support Technician familiar with print and document generation systems to help manage and troubleshoot software applications running the Mortgage Connect Document Solutions Automated Document Factory (ADF). You will be working on a growing, cross-functional team that is responsible for the full print life cycle, from conception to delivery within a tight SLA driven environment.

 

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in SQL, Azure, and windows services. We are looking for a collaborative individual who learns quickly, thinks outside the box, and has a talent for troubleshooting software problems common to print production.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides critical production support for ADF system.
  • Ensures integrations with 3rd party providers are running without issue.
  • Supports routine server maintenance and monitoring.
  • Performs configuration changes on the ADF platform as requested by print team.
  • Generates ad-hoc reports and research requests via SQL queries on ADF database.
  • Performs root causes analysis on issues.
  • Logs production issues.
  • Gains and maintains a comprehensive understanding of how the various systems work together to create the complete mailing solution for the end user.
  • Collaborates with the development team to create solutions that meet the needs of our customers, both internal and external.
  • Outlines technical design recommendations for developing system improvements.
  • Supports well-functioning databases and applications.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Intermediate or better SQL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of windows services, event logs and general server maintenance.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues within applications.
  • Understanding of commercial print and mailing systems.
  • Available M – F, 6am (MST) and Saturdays on-call.
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
  • Experience with API integrations is a plus.
  • Experience working with offshore teams and/or Italian language proficiency a plus.
