Production Quality Assurance Specialist

Mortgage Connect is looking for a sharp and enthusiastic Production Quality Assurance Specialist familiar with the printers and inserters currently utilized by the Mortgage Connect Document Solutions Automated Document Factory (ADF). You will be working on a growing, cross-functional team that is responsible for the full print production life cycle.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with printers and inserters, embrace learning new equipment, and apply quality assurance principles to the outputs. We are looking for a collaborative individual who learns quickly, thinks outside the box, and has a talent for identifying problems common to document production and fulfillment.

• Performs quality review to ensure that the number of outbound package count matches the physical package count.
• Complete daily pick-ups and deliveries in company vehicle
• Check barcodes on documents to ensure readability by wands, scanners and inserters
• Validate the propriety of new impositions on press and inserter
• Collaborative testing of ADF and Template Updates with the Fulfillment QA Team
• Maintaining accurate logs of tests and presenting summary results to Operations management
• Develop and Retain Printer Operation experience by contributing to daily production when not engaged in QA duties.
• Develop and Retain Inserter Operation experience by contributing to daily production when not engaged in QA duties
• Other duties as assigned including but not limited to providing assistance to any Operations team in a QA role or production role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate or better knowledge of press/printer and inserter operations
• Intermediate or better knowledge of ADF systems
• Ability to learn new systems and equipment quickly
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues within applications
• Available M – F, 2pm (MST).  Potential OT on Saturdays
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.

Pay: $21.00 hourly. Shift differential will be offered for overnight shift
