Overview

 

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you are responsible for processing invoices and payments to our vendors.

 

What you will do 

 

  • Assist and help other Accounts Payable team members.
  • Enter vendor payment rejects into the operating system.
  • Post daily morning batches.
  • Maintain vendor payment inbox.
  • Process vendor invoices.
  • Print Checks and process ACH payments to vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Discrepancy investigation and resolution.
  • Effective communication with Company personnel to determine business needs.
  • Additional Duties, as assigned.

What you will bring 

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3 Years’ experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting/Accounts Payable preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
  • Sage500 experience
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, including data entry proficiency
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
  • Computer proficiency a must
