Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to enhance software quality.

 

What you will do 

 

  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing.
  • Document test results and report bugs in ADO.
  • Continuously improving knowledge in application/functionalities and reducing the manual testing efforts by identifying scenarios to automate.
  • Work with team members to identify potential suggested solutions for applications and reporting issues
  • Respond effectively to the team queries and actively participate in discussions to help the department run more efficiently
  • Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will bring 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience), real estate/mortgage banking courses are helpful.
  • Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience
  • Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.   
  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn 
  • Ability to work independently and with frequent changes
  • Crate and innovative problem solver
