What you will do

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the "Face" of the organization, fostering strong, ongoing relationships at various levels within client organizations. Assess client needs, manage expectations, and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Expertise in Mortgage Services: Leverage substantial experience in mortgage processes, with a specific focus on loan modification, loss mitigation, and title services. This level of expertise is critical for understanding client requirements and delivering relevant solutions.
  • Business Growth and Opportunity Identification: Grow existing accounts by expanding the scope of services and introducing new offerings in collaboration with the sales team. Proactively seek new opportunities to increase account value and revenue.
  • Ownership and Independent Judgment: Exercise independent decision-making and take full ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring consistent responsiveness and a thorough understanding of each client’s business and service needs.
  • Brand Advocacy: Promote forward-thinking ideas to elevate the Mortgage Connect brand and ensure positive, long-term client relationships.
