HR Coordinator, Total Rewards

 

The Total Rewards Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Mortgage Connect’s Total Rewards strategy and employee experience programs. This position will assist with a variety of areas including benefits, compensation, benefit billing, vendor management, annual review processes, employee engagement and recognition programs, internal communications, and leave management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated to contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits.
  • Assist with benefit billing, reconciliations, and vendor invoice processing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and employees to resolve benefit-related inquiries.
  • Provide support in leave of absence administration, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and company policies.
  • Provide administrative and communication support for annual performance and compensation review cycles.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure accurate service delivery and timely resolution of employee issues.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to benefit programs, leave, and recognition initiatives.
  • Assist in developing creative communications to promote recognition initiatives and employee experience programs.
  • Support the development of guides, FAQs, and training materials to improve employee understanding of programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records related to Total Rewards.
  • Assist with all other HR projects as assigned.

What you will bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, benefits, compensation, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS and benefits systems experience a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
