As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you are responsible for providing high‑level administrative and operational support in a high‑visibility, high‑trust environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel, and executive materials with precision.
Executive support is the primary focus of this role. In addition, you will provide project and task coordination support by tracking initiatives, maintaining transparency into work in progress, and following tasks through to completion, without owning full project management responsibilities.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Availability & Flexibility
This role, in supporting senior leadership and client‑facing initiatives, may occasionally require flexibility outside typical business hours. These needs are generally known in advance and tied to projects or travel, rather than unexpected or ongoing after‑hours work. Candidates should be aware of this expectation and comfortable exercising a reasonable degree of flexibility when needed.
