Valuation Connect, a division of Mortgage Connect, is looking for evening Valuation Coordinators to join their growing team. The shift is 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST and is fully remote.
The Primary role of the Valuation Coordinator is to work with the Regional Manager to ensure the timely assignment and complete monitoring of a full line of valuation products in order to fulfill established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers. This includes, but is not limited to, traditional appraisal products and BPO products.
The Valuation Coordinator answers inbound phone calls and/or makes outbound calls according to assigned work streams. VC will use various technologies to support assigned job scope and functions. This is a client and vendor facing position requiring professional communication and accurate documentation.

This software development/DevOps position will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a well-established Automated Print & Mail Platform that prepares mailing print stream in PDF, creates mailing labels for USPS and FedEx carriers, performs address cleansing and presorting, creates print imposition and sends to printers. In addition, the role includes understanding and configuring control files for hardware such as printers and inserters, creating and supporting software to handle returned mail such as tracking, imaging and reporting.

Responsibilities for the Valuation Specialist will include completing a first level Administrative or Checklist Review of any appraisal reports completed by Valuation Connect’s Appraiser Panel to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer specific guidelines. This individual is not required to be an appraiser and will not be required to meet USPAP requirements. Valuation Specialist must be able to function in a dynamic, fast paced work environment that is driven by customer defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
