Position Summary The Post-Sale Deed Conveyance Specialist is responsible for managing all activities related to preparing, auditing, and submitting conveyance deeds and final title packages for HUD and/or VA conveyances.  This role ensures accuracy, compliance with investor/insurer guidelines, and timely submission of all required documentation.  The Specialist will work closely with the Recording Team, internal departments, vendors, and agencies to facilitate successful recordation and conveyance. 

As the Title Operations Coordinator, you will work directly with the Title Operations Team Leader and responsible for assigning orders, following up on orders, managing vendor costs, turn times and quality. Additionally, you will monitor SLA’s with the internal staff to ensure we mitigate delays to ensure the product is delivered timely to the clients.
